Located in Milton Ontario, House of Chords specializes in private music lessons, including piano and keyboard lessons. Our piano lessons are taught by highly skilled and friendly instructors with wide-ranging knowledge and experience. Each teacher has a diverse musical background, examples include performing and touring as professional musicians, RCM training and accreditation, procuring a post-secondary degree in music and/or extensive private instruction.
Similarly, each student is different and that’s why we offer a wide variety of curriculums including RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music). However, we always find the greatest success using our own fully customized approach to learning. We take into account students’ age, musical interests and goals to create fun and engaging lesson plans that will lay a strong musical foundation. Music theory and proper technique are incorporated into an enjoyable, individualistic program catered to you. We view learning music as a form of entertainment and enrichment – this is absolutely paramount in keeping students interested and inspired.
Students will have multiple opportunities per year to perform. Our music centre has both an in-house concert hall and recording studio. Each lesson room is fully equipped with the best quality instruments for learning.
Additionally, on-site you’ll find our retail shop, Get Loud, for the sale, rental and repair of musical instruments. We offer an affordable rental program for students, who are able to take home a new, top-brand instrument for a low monthly rental fee. Buying out the instrument within 3 months will apply the rental fee towards the purchase price, making it essentially a free rental!
