Ready to Play in a Band?

House of Chords Music Centre in Milton is excited to offer an 8-week Adult Band Program for musicians who want to take their playing out of the practice room and into a real band setting. Whether you’ve been playing for years or are getting back into music after some time away, this is a fun and supportive opportunity to play with other musicians, build your confidence, and experience the excitement of performing live. Bands are led by experienced, working musicians who will help you develop the skills needed to play successfully as a group.

Play. Rehearse. Perform.

Each band will rehearse once a week for one hour with the same instructor throughout the 8-week program. You’ll work together on song arrangements, communication, timing, listening, ensemble playing, and building a setlist, while learning what it takes to rehearse efficiently and sound like a cohesive band. Bands typically consist of 5–6 players, depending on instrumentation and availability, and the program will conclude with the opportunity to perform live on stage.

Whether you love rock, pop, classic hits, alternative, blues, or something completely different, we’ll do our best to connect you with musicians who share your musical interests and goals.
